French Toast-How To

Company Coming? Or do you just need to make breakfast for the family?
This is your basic French Toast Recipe. You can add any toppings to it that you would like to make it even better!
What you will need:

1/3 Cup flour
2 Tablespoons sugar
1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon salt
2 Cups half and half
1 Teaspoon vanilla
6 eggs 18 slices of bread (I like to use texas toast, but any bread will do)

Heat skillet to 350 degrees. In bowl, mix together all ingredients except the bread of course.
Beat these ingredients very well.
Lightly grease your hot skillet.
Dip your bread into the mixture, turning to coat both sides.
Cook in skillet over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until it is as brown as you like to see it.
If you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Toppings that you could use would be any pie filling- apple, blueberry, or cherry. Bananas and syrup are good too!

If you like cinnamon rolls, and pecans and caramel, try these sticky caramel rolls.
Another breakfast Favorit!  Biscuits and Gravy!
